Composite edged down to 4.3 as Quality of Life weakened materially.
The composite tilted lower to 4.3 (stressed), a −0.1 move from the prior briefing. Infrastructure carried the lift (+0.1) while Quality of Life weighed the other way (−1.3), leaving the cascade balanced across crosscurrents. The largest single signal move was Air Quality Index, which fell to 5.5 — 33 AQI in real terms. At current levels the cascade is stressed; second-order effects from the pressured domains will start showing up in adjacent signals over the coming cycles.
